We contacted DJZ Construction to help us build an addition onto our home. Over the course of the project from design to implementation, they held our hands the entire time and even worked with us to ensure the design looked fully integrated into our current home’s structure. Derek and TJ checked in almost every day during high touch points of the project and provided weekly updates to show progress and next steps in the pipeline. Derek’s input with overall design, TJ’s management expertise and dedication to perfection helped create a portion of our home that felt as if it has always existed since the day we purchased the home. Add on top a team of specialized contractors that have provided nothing but top tier craftsmanship and you have yourself a top quality experience. Once the project was complete, they continued to follow up to ensure no new items appeared since moving into the addition. This has been the most pleasant experience I have had with a contractor and I have recommended them to everyone who has asked for one. We were nearing the end of a long remodeling project and needed a contractor to finish the last phase. A friend recommended DJZ Construction. From our first phone call to our last meeting Derek was clear and efficient. We looked at several construction options and were able to quickly and comfortably settle on the details. Throughout the project, Derek, TJ and everyone else involved kept us informed of times and progress. The work site was left clean and neat each day and only the most professional work was done. Upon completion, the entire project site, inside and out, was cleaned up and left as neat as before. We’ll be contacting DJZ for our next projects with complete confidence.

Derek Zender and his crew have worked on my home several times through our the years and I trust his workmanship. Recently I had my aluminium siding replaced with hardie plank and my home looks brand new! Their work is thorough, up to date, and they clean up every time.
